Perhaps you are wanting an individual coach to assist you in reaching your running objectives for an upcoming race or simply to improve your overall running. After our meeting to discuss what you are wanting in a coach, I will access your running form first and then develop a training program that best fits your current fitness level. If you have indicated a specific race or running long-term objectives, a specific plan will be developed that will keep you healthy, on track to make progress, and keep you excited about running!
In addition to the monthly workout schedule, you will have daily access to share workouts and discuss issues you that may arise and schedule in person training session.
Monthly coaching fee is $125.00
